Box Truck Profit Pro (“Box Truck Profit Pro,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and disclosed when you use the Box Truck Profit Pro application and related services (the “Service”).
Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect account information such as your email address, user/account identifier, and authentication information; business and load information you choose to enter, such as revenue, mileage, fuel costs, fuel economy, fuel prices, driver expenses, tolls, truck expenses, maintenance, insurance, operating expenses, trip information, saved loads, and profit calculations; subscription status and purchase-related information; and limited technical or diagnostic information needed to operate, secure, diagnose, and improve the Service.
We may use information to create and maintain accounts, authenticate users, calculate load profitability and operating costs, save and synchronize information, provide subscription features, maintain and improve the Service, diagnose technical issues, protect accounts, provide customer support, comply with applicable law, and enforce our terms and policies.
Box Truck Profit Pro may use third-party service providers for cloud infrastructure, database services, authentication, subscriptions, application distribution, and related functionality. This may include Supabase for backend, authentication, and database functionality and Apple for App Store distribution and in-app purchases. These providers may process information as necessary to provide their services.
Purchases made through Apple's App Store are processed by Apple. Box Truck Profit Pro does not receive your full credit or debit card number from Apple. We may receive information necessary to determine subscription status.
Box Truck Profit Pro does not sell users' personal information for monetary consideration. We do not knowingly use personal information for cross-company behavioral advertising or tracking unless separately disclosed and any required consent has been obtained.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain accounts, fulfill the purposes described here, meet legitimate security and business needs, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Information may then be deleted or anonymized subject to applicable legal or technical requirements.
Users may request deletion of their Box Truck Profit Pro account and associated personal information by using an available in-app deletion feature or contacting us at support@boxtruckprofitpro.com. We may retain information where permitted or required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. Deleting an account does not necessarily cancel an Apple App Store subscription; App Store subscriptions should be managed through Apple subscription settings.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about the use of your personal information, withdraw certain consent, or exercise other rights available under applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
Box Truck Profit Pro is a business and financial productivity application and is not directed toward children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If we learn that such information was improperly collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Information may be processed or stored in countries other than your country of residence depending on the locations of users and service providers. Where required, appropriate protections will be applied.
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Service, technologies, service providers, practices, or legal requirements. We will update the “Last Updated” date when changes are made.
